Week 3

This week, we focused on finalizing the crew for the Day 1 shoot and reserving the equipment.  I coordinated with my assistant director to schedule the shots, allotting enough time for each shot while also keeping track of how long it would take to set up for VFX shots. Made a google food form for everybody to select their choice of food item they want to have, also arranged transportation for the crew which was sent out through email.
